Military and Veteran families face a unique set of challenges. Active military families may deal with frequent moves, extended separations due to deployment, and reintegration of the service member when reuniting with family can be a challenging transition. The service member’s combat experiences are invisible wounds that impact them and their families. Even after active duty ends, these wounds linger.

I am a military spouse (E-8, Air Force - Special Operations) so I understand the challenges of military and veteran families and have specialized training to assist you in a safe, confidential place to speak about your concerns.  Whether you are managing a family and household while your spouse is deployed; retired from the service and seeking work; or reuniting with your spouse after an extended absence, you will find understanding and support in our practice.
